Reviving Ice Cream

 

With vitamin C, turmeric, and nourishing bone broth, it’s perfect for whipping up when you get a sore throat that you’re hoping doesn’t turn into a full-blown cold.

 

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle Drinkable Veggies & Bone Broth
  • 2 cups frozen strawberries
  • 6 ounces pineapple juice (no sugar added)
  • 1 cup coconut cream
  • 1 teaspoon ground turmeric

Instructions

 

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a high speed blender. Blend until creamy, about 1 minute.
  2. Transfer to the refrigerator to chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  3. Transfer to an ice cream maker and churn for 15-20 minutes or until it has come together and looks fairly thick.
  4. Remove from the ice cream maker and transfer to an airtight container. Store in the freezer for up to two weeks.
